Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days (additional fees may apply at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress until it arrives at your door.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our reach—stay tuned!

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@primenest.io within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
